Remove a trainee
Takes the person and their sign-offs off the board. Save a backup first if you need to keep the record.
Change certification
Moves someone to the track their new certification belongs to and starts them at its first phase. Their old track record is kept.
Accounts
The join code lets someone sign up as an FTO or trainee. An admin code is needed on top of it to sign up as an Admin. The permanent code ProEMS is always accepted and cannot be rotated; the code above is an additional one you can change at any time.
Backups
A backup covers all three tracks in one file \u2014 trainees, phases, checklists, sign-offs, and observation reports. Accounts are not included.
